1. What we collect
When you request stump grinding through our online form, by text, or by phone, we collect your name, phone number, property address and the details of your job (stump count, sizes, preferred date). If you send a photo of the stump, we keep it so we can quote the job.
Our request form opens as a text message on your phone — you send it to 604-839-5397 yourself, and we read it like any other text.
2. How we use it
- To prepare your free quote and confirm your booking.
- To follow up by phone or text about your request.
- To arrange the BC One Call utility locate for your job.
We don't use your information for marketing lists, and we don't share or sell your information to third parties.
3. What we don't collect
Our website has no accounts, no analytics cookies and no advertising trackers. Payment happens by e-transfer or cash when the job is done — we don't store payment details. If our hosting provider (Cloudflare) sets short-lived security cookies, they're only used to keep the site safe.
4. Retention
We keep quote and booking information only as long as we need it to serve you and meet our record-keeping obligations.
5. Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just call or text 604-839-5397 and we'll sort it out.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
